3825124 - New Concur Travel - Cleartrip finishing data points and ancillaries

Prior to September 2026 release, after completing a Cleartrip flight booking on New Concur Travel, the finishing data points used by TMCs did not correctly report ancillary costs (seats, meals, baggage). Ancillary fee data was either absent or incorrectly categorized - fees were incorrectly appearing under the Taxes node rather than the Fees node, and the per-segment fare split (FareInfoSplit) was missing a Fees node entirely.

This affected all Cleartrip bookings on New Concur Travel. TMCs were unable to track ancillary cost information by service type, impacting accurate invoicing and back-end processing workflows. The workaround was to manually pull individual airline ticket records and enter ancillary data by hand.

When booking Cleartrip flights on New Concur Travel, ancillary costs such as seats, meals, and baggage fees were not appearing correctly in the finishing data points output.
