3825136 - How can I activate the deactivated attendee type?

I can see that few of the attendee type is deactivated. I want to re-activate these attendee type. I am not getting option to activate them.

Expense > Attendees

Concur Expense all versions

Few of the attendee types are deactivated. How I can enable these attendee types. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
