3825203 - What happens to a submitted report if user or approver is made inactive?

After report submission,what happens to the report if the user or approver is made inactive?

If User is made inactive: Report can be approved without any issue,and also can be extracted from SAE.
If Approver is made inactive: System will take the Approval time Expired action set in the workflow.
