3825208 - How can I remove a Tool Tip from a field?

Symptom

I'm trying to remove the Tool Tip from a field. I highlight the text, delete it and save the field. When I go back to the field configuration, the Tool Tip text is still there. How can I clear that?

Concur Expense > Forms and Fields Concur Request > Forms and Fields
