3825270 - Why does the Approval Email show both Cancelled and New segments?

User books a hotel segment which requires approval.  First Approval Email is sent out. While the trip is pending approval, user changes the booking: deletes the booked segment and adds a new one, for example because the price went down. Second Approval Email that is sent to approver after the change includes both deleted and newly-added segment, even though itinerary has only 1 segment.

Expected behavior is that the second Approval Email which is sent to approver after the change has only the segment which is left on itinerary.

Why is this happening?
