3825341 - Why am I unable to see flight options for the return route when Searching by Price?

Search by Price is the default setting.
I searched by Price with the default search window +/-5 hours for Morning in the outbound and Afternoon in the return. I saw a brief flash of a message saying there were no fares compliant with company policy. It was very brief and vanished quickly. Then it automatically switched to 'Search by Schedule' tab where only the outbound flight was displayed. There was no option to select the Return flight.
When Searching by Price I am not seeing one-stop flight options and I know they are available. I have widened my search window to 10 hours and still there's nothing. If I Search by Schedule these flights do appear.  

When I searched for round-trip flights from a US city to an International city, I only saw the flights for outbound sorted by Earliest Departure. I did not have an option to select the return flight and there was no alert or message as to why that happened. When searching for flights I do not see one-stop flight options and I know they are available. , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , CON-CA , Cross Applications , Problem
