3825520 - How can I create an Audit Rule to make sure a Start Date field will not be filled out with a date after the End Date field?

Symptom

How can I create an audit rule with 2 different date fields as I want to ensure that 2 fields where one is start date and one is End date, that the start date is not filled out with a date that is after the End date.
