SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
I access a user's profile and some of the personal information like birthdate and TSA number now appear as **** (masked). Why has this changed and why is Concur masking these details? How can we now check these details for a user?
The personal identifiable information PII is masked/encrypted.
This meets GDPR standards.
