3825626 - How can I update our file transfer account username?

Symptom

Our company has two usernames that we use for transferring files to/from Concur:
1. p000xxxxx
2. p000xxxxx-01

We also have a third-party vendor who also transfers files to Concur on our behalf.

Due to employee turnover, our third-party vendor no longer knows what their Concur username is for transferring files to Concur. But the username is encrypted in their transfer program, so the transfers are still currently working without a problem.

With the new requirement of having to use an SSH key on file transfers, it is necessary for them to get a new username in order to apply their SSH key to their account.

Based on this information, I have 2 questions:
1. Is there any way for you to determine what username third-party vendor is using to transfer files to Concur?
2. If the answer to #1 is ‘No’, or the username is the same as one of the 2 listed above, then what is the process for issuing a new username for third-party vendor?
