3825640 - What is the status of pcard transactions once the card is assigned?

When loading the 650 employee import to assign cards to the CBS card program and the correct employee it is releasing transactions randomly. We are trying to figure out what determines when the transactions are released or hidden. ote the "Transaction Release" period is set to 14 days from card assignment. When we assigned our Pcards using the 650 import, Concur was releasing transactions up to 60 days before the assignment date. Why is that happening when the setting is 14 days? Does transaction release setting apply to both T&E cards and Pcards (company bill statements)?
