3825647 - Why am I unable to see the Expense and Invoice Settings in a User Profile?

I have the Employee Administrator role, however I cannot see the Expense & Invoice Settings section under a user profile.

Concur Expense > User Administration

Concur Expense all versions

The Admin cannot see a users Expense and Invoice settings in the profile page , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
