Symptom
Copies of expense reports are a common tool users can use to rapidly re-expense common or recurring expenses that they encounter during their work. If a user for example, has to document a monthly recurring charge as part of their job, making a copy of a previously processed report can allow the user to rapidly document and process these kinds of charges.
Caution must be used however, as copying an expense report will copy down nearly all of the previous report's header information aside from the date and time created. This includes group membership and even custom fields that are part of the report header. This can cause issues if a user has modified their profile settings, or the workflow has changed, as the copied report will ignore all of these changes and only pull data from the source report.
