3825709 - Could we make entry with itemization, only need input attendee in itemized entry but not in parent entry?

Is it possible to achieve mandatory attendee under situations below:

If one expense type created without itemization, it should input attendee.
If one expense type created with itemization,
- On parent entry, no need input attendee
- On itemized entry, it should input attendee.

Expense > Unspecified - Expense

Concur Expense all versions

Require attendee for itemized expense type and entry without itemization. , KBA , CON-EXP-ADM-FOF , Forms and Fields , Problem
