3825781 - How do I change the order of my workflow?

Symptom

I'd like to change the order of how reports route through the workflow. My workflow goes to the Processor step, prior to going to the Default Approver 2 step. I would like to change it so that the Processor step is the last step in the workflow prior to payment.
