3825813 - How To Fix The Application Error when submitting an Expense Report with Mileage Expenses

I have an Expense Report with some Mileages Expenses and when I click the Submit Report button the following error occurs:
Unexpected System Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again, please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense administrator 

I am getting the error message "Unexpected System Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again, please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense administrator " when submitting my report , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
