I am a Request approver and when I try to approve a Request, I get the error message; ''An approver matching your search criteria was not found. Please modify your search criteria. ''  I know that during implementation this step should be approved by an Authorized Approver and I also know that we have Authorized Approver set up. Can you please advise why the tool doesn't recognize any Authorized Approvers?
