SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
The profiles do not sync from Concur to CWT Portrait due to missing Portrait SubUnit Name. After choosing the SubUnit Name and Saving the profile, the ReturnProfiles log is successfully sent to Portrait, but after a while Portrait sends an AcceptProfiles log to Concur and the Portrait SubUnit Name is wiped out again in Concur.
