I went to Administration > Company > Tools > Company Card > Manage Accounts tab and found several unassigned credit card account.
We have contacted AMEX and was told that we have AMEX GL1205 (card member listing).
The bank also confirmed that they included the employee ID on the file they are sending to SAP Concur. Why are there card accounts that are still unassigned?
