3825894 - Why is the system removing the attendee and firing ATNCLEAR exception?

The system is automatically removes the attendee added to the expense after saving it and the exception ATNCLEAR is firing.
Exception Code: ATNCLEAR
Exception Message: "Some attendees have been removed from this expense because they are not allowed under the new policy.  Please review the attendee information"

When the user added an attendee with particular attendee type after saving the expense it will automatically get removed with exception ATNCLEAR.  , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , CON-EXP-EXP , Expenses , Problem
