3825963 - Why an approver cannot open the Cash Advance in the request (REQUEST NEW UI)?

Symptom

After the analysis on the request Nextgen UI functionalities, it has been noticed the following issue/feature:

  1. The user submit a request with attached a cash advance with a comment
  2. The approver, while reviewing the request, is not able to check the information of the cash advance and the information of the comment is not visible.
Why the cash advance is not accessible by the approver?
