I receive below error when I am trying to import purchase order:

Error Code: 5600 ; Error Message: The external id for the line item is not unique across the purchase order.

Field Level: LineItem ; Field Code: ExternalId ; Line Item External Id: xxx'

What cause the error and How to resolve it?
