3826221 - How to remove a card account from nightly feed?

Symptom

  • We have an American Express Business Travel Account (BTA) and it is getting pulled into our nightly card feed.
  • It’s a separate account from our Corporate Cards and this BTA account is only used for airfare for the Concur travel bookings and used by our travel agents.
  • We want this single card removed from our nightly Amex feed.
  • Please ensure that this does not interrupt our Corporate cards feed as we still want those pulled in daily.
