SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In our company, Agency Office filed in request header is editable by employee, employee could select the Agency Office according to their requirement.
But after user submitting the request and recall it back, or after user submitting the request and being sendback by Approver, Agency Office field is gray out and can't be modified, Why does it happen?
