3826352 - Why isn't a delegate receiving request approval emails, but expense report approval emails arrive as expected?

I am a delegate for another person in our site.  Whenever that person has an expense report that needs their approval, I get an email notification.  However, I never get notices when there is a request pending my delegator's approval.  Why don't I get the Request approval emails?
