User wanted to book a flight from ATH – SKG. When selected the carrier Olympic Air, there was no fares displayed and all flights were displayed as “Not available – Flight is sold out or unavailable”.
When user attempted to select one of the flights with Aegean Air code share, there was an error stating “The reservation system encountered a problem quoting your selected flights”.
