3826377 - Why am I getting an application error when I'm trying to approve reports as a Processor?

I'm going to Expense > Process Reports and trying to approve expense reports. When I click the Approve button, I get an Application Error that states:

Unexpected System Error. Please try your action one more time. If you encounter the error again, please forward all information, including the events leading to the system error, to your Expense administrator.
