3826436 - Why does the Notification pending approval shows the Delegate's name instead of the Claimant?

I have a delegate submitting an expense claim on behalf of the employee. As the delegate submits the claim, I've noticed that Email notification Pending Approval shows the Delegate's name in Claim From rather than the employee's name. Has something recently changed in the way Concur notifications are labelled? May I know if there's a way to fix this?
