3826497 - BSEG quantity field is empty for billing documents created retroactively via VFRB

Symptom

• A billing document is created via VF01 or VF04, and quantities are updated in BSEG-MENGE in the corresponding FI document.
• A retroactive billing is executed via VFRB to update pricing changes on the original billing document.
• After the retroactive billing is processed, BSEG-MENGE is not updated in the accounting document generated from the retro-billing document.
