3826504 - Why didn't the trip approval email provide approve or reject or does the approver see it in their approval queue in Concur Legacy?

I attempted to approve a trip by replying to the Travel Approval Required email and typing Approve in my response.  Concur Travel should then process the approval, but it did not.  After responding Approve to the email, the trip did not updated and the approval timed-out.

I tried to approve or reject the trip via email but it did not process as expected on Concur Travel Legacy , KBA , CON-EXP-APR , Approvals , Problem
