We added Maximum Exception Level as the object of a workflow skip rule condition but we have concerns on the system exceptions, not sure if system exceptions are also count in the calculation mechanism of Maximum Exception Level. For example, Code: CONOAPPR, Level: 2147483647, or Code: COW, Level 2147483647, etc.
