SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
I am trying to log in the SAP Concur mobile app on my iOS device, and I receive the following error message: "Sorry, something went wrong. We encountered an error processing your request. If the issue persists, please contact your Concur Administrator or Help Desk with correlation_id for additional help."
My username and password are correct and I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the SAP Concur mobile app.
