3826632 - Why am I receiving an error while updating the Card Effective Date and Expiration date at User Import page?

Symptom

I attempted to import credit card information using the available import template "Bank Account Information" from User Import page but it failed due to an internal error and is instructing me to contact client support.

Below is the error message.

Error: "java.text.ParseException: Unparseable date: "20210331" com.concur.midtier.util.DateTimeSupport.getDateObjectFromDateStringWithFormat(DateTimeSupport.java:205)"
