3826656 - What happens to a Tripsource hotel booking which timed-out in Concur Travel during creation?

User tried to book a hotel through Tripsource in Concur Travel. During the booking process Tripsource could not confirm the reservation and returned a time-out error: 

dc_data.error.message	 Post "https://ota-hotels.tripsource.com/ConcurHotelServiceWS": net/http: timeout awaiting response headers

End-user received confirmation from the hotel, but the trip was not created in Concur Travel and is not visible in user's trip library.

Travel agency / BCD / Tripsource wants to know why the trip was not created in Concur Travel and was autocancelled by concur@abcd.com.
