3826660 - Why is the Manager Email address being placed in a Remark Line?

Symptom

Our site is on Amadeus and we use the Profile Template. We have the Manager's Email Address on line 490 but in the GDS Profile the email address comes across in a Remark Line. Why isn't it being placed as an Email Address?
