On the nights of 10/25 and 10/27 there was unexpectedly heavy traffic on our file processing server at the time files was uploaded. This caused a delay in the files being routed from the /in folder to the batch server for processing. The file ended up being moved to the batch server after the cut off to be processed in the overnight processing schedule.
