3826770 - Why are the Expense Types on our Standard Accounting Extracts are coming in lowercase letters?

There was an identified issue with file which is coming from Concur with expense types in small caps, therefore instead of posting to the assigned ledger, for expense types as a standard process, its hitting to to the Vendor account since expense types are case sensitive.
