Symptom

We are receiving the below error when the mobile entries are moved to a report, how can we resolve it?

An Unexpected Error occurred attempting to move the mobile entries to a report. Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'UK_CT_MOB_ENTRY_MAP_MOB_ENTRY_ID'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.CT_MOBILE_ENTRY_MAPPING'. The duplicate key value is (0x496f30d9c4a24d6ea714405f5eb3cf96).
