User searches for car rentals in other countries than Brazil.
Message PROVIDER DOES NOT OPERATE IN THE SELECTED COUNTRY/STATE appears for car vendor Unidas, despite rates not returned from GDS.
It is also applicable for AVIS and place of rental in Brazil. AVIS rental company does not operate in Brazil. The same error is received in GDS.
In the carshop log response is following error returned:
