3826873 - If new expense type in budget impacts the budget pending total

We have a expense type enable in Budget Administration, I want to know if I change the expense type name if it will impact the budget pending total

Expense > Unspecified - Expense

Concur Expense all versions

There is no impact for budget if expense name changed , KBA , CON-CA-ADM , Administration , Problem
