3826902 - Can approvers add comments to expenses on the report that they are reviewing using the SAP Concur mobile app?

Symptom

I am approving an expense report using the SAP Concur mobile app, but I don't see the option to add a comment to expense entries. I can add comments using the Web version of SAP Concur. Is this a feature supported by the mobile app?
