3826905 - Why users are receiving Error: “INVALID EXP DATE”?

Users profile credit card expires on 01/31/2019. When logging in the message on front page advised users profile expires on 1/2019. After selecting to book a hotel for 1/15/2019 the system displays an error that states they are not able to book due to the card being expired. In researching the issue, it appears that Concur has a default set up to always show the expiration as the first day of the month to prevent hotels from being booked using an expired card, but this causes issues when the card will not really be expired at check in.
