3826959 - Why did the email reminder sent to user after the payment was done?

Symptom

We received an issue wherein payment for Report was done on 9th Jan 2019, but the user got the receipt notification 16th Jan 2019 after payment is done. Kindly check why the notification (Reminder: 1 Report(s) with Receipts Not Received) was sent to the user as the payment was already processed.
