3826971 - How do I modify the personal car details of an employee?

Symptom

Few of our employees have entered incorrect information during registering their personal car and that has caused issues with mileage claims. I am trying to modify the personal car fields of an employee and I see that these fields are grayed out. How do I get access to change the personal car fields and correct it so as to avoid issues with mileage claims? Kindly assist.
