Symptom

The employee extract from expense to travel has failed.

The error message states:

"The 'SetUserForEntity' request made to

URL 'https://travelapp00.concursolutions.com/UserDataWS/UserData.asmx'
URL 'https://us.api.concursolutions.com/UserDataWS/UserData.asmx'

resulted in a response that is not recognized. Please verify that the URL is correct." Why is this occuring
