3827018 - Why is there a different price for two One-way tickets and one Return ticket for the same flights?

In some scenarios, it can be cheaper to book two One-way tickets instead of a Return ticket for the same flights with the same airline.
We cannot expect the traveler to compare the price before booking.
We would like to know if there is a mechanism in SAP Concur that compares the pricing of two One-way tickets and Return tickets before making the reservation and booking the cheapest one?
