3827078 - How will the new Amex Euro Cards impact my Amex credit card files in SAP Concur?

I had a conversation with my Amex representative and found out that my Amex credit card files are impacted by the addition of the new Amex Euro cards in SAP Concur. We are finding most customers are falling into two of three "buckets", the customers will either have the Amex Euro cards added to their existing credit card file id or they will need to reach out to their SAP Concur Account Manager to set up the new feed due to a new required payment type for the Amex Euro Cards.
