3827105 - Invalid password generation method 'XXXXX' - must be one of the following EMPID, LOGINID, TEXT, WELCOME or NONE. See the import definition file for a description of this setting.

Symptom

The Last Run Status is Failure for the Employee Import. When I view the Run Details the following error message is provided:
Invalid password generation method 'welcome1' - must be one of the following EMPID, LOGINID, TEXT, WELCOME or NONE. See the import definition file for a description of this setting. 
How do I correct the error?
