3827132 - Why travel allowance checkbox on itemized room rate entry will always copy parent entry's data?

Our company asking user to claim room rate when doing hotel itemization, then child entry "hotel tax" will auto generate.
Parent hotel entry set "travel allowance" checkbox auto checked and we want 'hotel tax' not auto check "travel allowance" checkbox.
This is because once 'hotel tax' checked  "travel allowance", it will included in lodging allowance and compare with limit.
However, we found hotel tax child entry "travel allowance" checkbox will always follow parent entry's data.
Is there anyway to set hotel tax child entry "travel allowance" not copy parent entry?
