I am trying to submit a claim but a red Error message says: "This claim could not be submitted. You must identify an approver before the expense claim moves on to the next worflow step. Type the first letter(s) of the search criteria (approver's name, email address, etc.). Then, select from the resulting list'. Why cannot I submit this claim?
