3827462 - When I book from a Concur Request with air and car, do the car pickup/dropoff times automatically match my selected flights?

I have a Concur Request with air and car in it.  Once my request is approved and I have the book option in the request, I am brought to travel to select my airfare.  After booking the airfare, I can then select my car.  Do the pickup and dropoff times in the car rental search automatically match to the arrival and departure times of my selected flights?
